About Breadzel

Our founder, Celine—an avid French and Alsatian baker—set out to reimagine this timeless treat for today’s food lovers. She spent months perfecting her recipes, combining traditional sourdough methods with organic, UK sourced ingredients.

Her mission was simple: to bring back the flavours of her childhood and share them with her London based community. Now joined by her partner Max the knotty treat can be found across London at the famous Duck Pond Markets in Chiswick, Richmond and Ruislip.

For us, at Breadzel, it is a symbol of love (with its heart‑like shape), generosity, and sharing.
